Sureshield coil coatings provide high-volume manufacturers many benefits. Applied in a standard coil coating line, Sureshield coil coatings are very efficient from a cost and coverage perspective. In a coil coating line, Sureshield can be applied to flat rolled coils of aluminum, carbon steel, or stainless steel. Sureshield can be applied to one or both sides of the metal.

In addition to the antimicrobial, antifingerprint, and easy-to-clean properties that Sureshield coil coatings impart, they also have low VOC content. Available as a waterborne formula, Sureshield coil coatings are environmentally friendly.

Applied to any metal pre-fabrication, Sureshield coil coatings can be clear, solid, or transparent in color. For manufacturers that already coil coat prior to fabrication, there may be no change to your existing process.
