Modify Existing Formulas for Non-Antimicrobial Properties

Manufacturers can choose to modify any of the more than 150 Sureshield coatings already developed. Common characteristics that you can choose to alter include:

  • Aesthetic characteristics
    • Color
    • Gloss
    • Texture
  • Performance characteristics
    • Abrasion resistance
    • Adhesion
    • Chemical resistance
    • Corrosion resistance
    • Dry erase capability
    • Fingerprint resistance
    • Hardness
    • Heat resistance
    • UV resistance

Create a Formula for Specific Antimicrobial Properties

Designed with a broad spectrum of antimicrobial abilities, Sureshield coatings can be engineered to target specific microorganisms to meet a manufacturer's needs.

Create a New Liquid Formulation to be Applied Through Typical Means

Manufacturers can choose to have a new Sureshield liquid coating formulation created to meet specific criteria. Typical liquid formulation application methods are via spray, brush, roller, or coil coat.

Create a New Powder Formula

Manufacturers can choose to have a new Sureshield powder coating formulation created to meet specific criteria.

Create a Product Not Intended to be Applied to a Metal Substrate

Sureshield coatings can be customized to be applied to non-metal materials.

Create a Formulation for Specialized Application Method

Sureshield coatings can be designed to be applied to metal through specialized applications, including aerosol spray, autophoretic coating, and e-coating.
